Niblet helps you track food, weight and goals with the help of AI. By signing in you agree to use it lawfully and only for your own personal, non-commercial wellbeing.
Not medical advice
Niblet does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Calorie and macro values, and any guidance from the AI coach, are estimates. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating.
AI limitations
The AI can misidentify food or misjudge portions. Review entries it creates; you can edit or delete any log at any time.
Your account & content
You own the data you enter. You may export or delete it at any time from your profile. We may rate-limit or suspend access that abuses the service.
Availability & liability
Niblet is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
