What Niblet stores

• Account: your name, email and profile photo from Google sign-in.
• Profile: age, gender, height, weight, activity level, location (city/country) and goals you enter.
• Logs: meals, nutrition values and weigh-ins you record, including those created through chat.
• Chat history: kept only in your browser's local storage on your device, not on our servers.

How AI processing works

When you send a message or photo, the text, the photo and a small snapshot of your profile and daily totals are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Photos are resized in your browser first and aren't stored by Niblet. See OpenAI's policies for how API data is handled.

Where data lives

Your account and logs are stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Security rules ensure only you can read or change your documents. Niblet does not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your controls

• Export: download all your data as JSON from Profile → Data & privacy.
• Delete: permanently delete your account and all data from the same screen.
• Chat: clear the on-device conversation any time with "New chat".

Cookies & analytics

Niblet uses only the storage required for sign-in and for remembering your chat on your device. There are no advertising trackers.
